Wobenzyme - Do You Take This Enzymes The Right Way?

If you take Wobenzyme, the systemic enzymes supplement the wrong way, you probably won’t get the optimal result or you even just waste your effort, time and money. Doing it as the manufacturer or the enzymes practitioner suggest is important in order to make sure Wobenzyme works as it’s designed to.

Wobenzyme enzymes should be consumed on an empty stomach about 30-45 minutes before or an hour after a meal. Taking it at bad time is fine if you prefer to do it like many people do. Taking it with food will change its primary function from systemic enzyme to digestive enzyme. As digestive enzyme, it will digest the food that we eat, although it’s not completely doing it.

Taking Wobenzyme with water should be the way you take it. There’re fundamental reasons behind it. Water will make sure everything run as it’s formulated to. You should be aware also that systemic enzymes are heat sensitive, so any exposure to the heat will destroy them. The water temperature should be at least in room temperature.

Other beverages are not recommended. But if you want to take it with other beverages make sure they are in room temperature also. Do not consume Wobenzyme enzymes with milk because it bothers the work of systemic enzymes.

As heat will destroy the protective coating of Wobenzyme enzymes, chewing it will pretty much do the same thing. This coating is crucial to protect the enzymes, so it can work systemic way. With it, Wobenzyme will be able to survive from stomach acid, and then deliver to intestinal track and finally distributed to all the systems and organs of our body.

Now you have known how to take Wobenzyme systemic enzymes the right way. However you should try to be consistent and persistent. It indeed needs you to be patience and passion. Hopefully, everything you have done will bring a result you expected, otherwise there’s always a new way or another strategies you can try on.

  2. If you want to change from using aspirin to wobenzyme, it’s recommended to take a conservative/minimum dosage.

However, as a first time user, you need to monitor your body reaction to wobenzyme. Read about its side effects issues to prepare yourself. Hope this help.
